Theresa has had the privilege of helping hundreds of people with their Real Estate needs since 1982. She has a passion for serving not only professionally but commits part of her time to the Outreach dimension of our Team.
This work is focused on finding ways to support & nurture youth who find themselves on the streets of Ottawa with no place to call home. Currently Theresa & her Ottawa 4 You Team have aligned themselves with Ottawa Inner City Ministries. They are privileged to be able to provide the funding for a Youth Outreach Worker. The next part of this project involves acquiring a drop in center & home for these kids. We will keep you updated as this unfolds.
Theresa was born and raised in Ottawa and has lived here for most of her life. With a passion for helping people, and providing the highest level of service, she started her real estate career in 1982. Theresa soon established herself as one of the top Ottawa Realtors. Today she primarily works with listings, as well as serves as a coach, and mentor to the team. Theresa attributes her success to her strong negotiation skills, high standard of professionalism and dedication to her clients and team. When she is not at work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is also very active in her church as well as outreach ministries, both locally and internationally. In addition, she is a pround mother of 5 children, and 7 grandchildren.
Paul is a licensed Real Estate Sales Representative and a Home Buyer Specialist for the Ottawa4You Team. He was born and raised in Ottawa, and has an expert knowledge of most of the area communities. Paul is committed to exceeding the expectations of all of his buyers. When he is not working he enjoys spending time with his wife, Martha, and two boys, Ethan and Samuel. They like traveling, going for walks and spending time with family and friends.
Carolyn has been with Team since February 2001. She is a licensed Sales Representative and works with both buyers and sellers. Carolyn's passion is in helping people to realize their real estate dreams. Her excellent negotiation skills, coupled with her ability to work with sellers in preparing their home for sale, makes for a winning combination.
Rita comes from a strong administration and computer management background. With Ottawa4You, her primary focus is to maintain systems and to ensure that transactions are processed in a timely and accurate fashion. Rita's innate organizational and savvy computer skills make her a very valuable asset to the Ottawa4You Team. Rita also enjoys being a mother of 2 adorable children.
Martha works part time on the charity portion of the business. When she is not at work she is at home (or at the park) with her two young children.
Cora-Ashley is an expert in home showcasing and marketing. This includes helping sellers to stage their homes, as well as taking pictures to highlight the best features of the property. She designs and prints our home feature sheets, and promotes the homes to top real estate agents in the area, ensuring our listings receive as much exposure as possible. Originally from the Maritimes, Cora-Ashley is a “family girl” and enjoys spending time with her husband, one year old son, and two dogs.
